Hey there.
No, it's not discontinued, though I realise it has been a while since I've updated it. It's just that I've got no motivation to write just now. I definitely do plan to finish it, I'm just having trouble continuing it right now.
I'm sorry about the long delay - I will try to pick it up again because I'm actually rather close to finishing ... It's just the writing of it that's proving difficult.
