The Italian in me

Recently I've had a strange urge to consume jarred marinated vegetables, like artichokes, roasted red peppers, sundried tomatoes, capers, and green olives (although I still don't like black olives). Sundried tomatoes were my gateway tomato state to the rest of the tomato states.
