Part of Judy's birthday pressie just arrived from Amazon in a box AS BIG AS OUR HOUSE, padded out with those plastic things that look like really rubbish breast implants. Is this ecological? I think not. Bad Amazon. Bad

I don't dare go out on Saturdays, for fear I'll miss Doctor Who and ADWD (BTW, did you know there's a new community called adwd?). And also Go Daniel and Lee!

I'll be interested in your views of Side By Side By Sondheim. I'm very tempted to go, but finding it hard to spend money with the knowledge that our income may be cut by two-thirds imminently if D hands in his notice. *sigh*

Aha, I knew there was something they looked like. It's also lovely when you have such a huge box and the actual package is ten times smaller. Well, at least the cat gets some joy out of the boxes.

I hope your ash tree is okay. They're such pretty trees.

Would love to go to London again. I went three years ago with my class and it was lovely. Only stayed for about twelve hours or so but I would have liked to stay longer.
