My little brother is on life support in a coma. He got kicked by a horse yesterday point blank in the chest.  It stopped his heart and gave him some internal injuries. I feel so wretched because I'm always mean to him. Not in a mean mean way, just in a big sister sort of mean way. I don't think I've ever told him I loved him. And if he dies, he'll

I had a really good friend who was in a coma for a while. The doctors thought she was going to die, but somehow she managed to pull through. Everyone was really amazed. But she said that even though she was in a coma she could hear lots of conversations and people saying things to her. She remembers the day the doctors told her family that she was going to die. If I were you I would go and talked to him, because like her, even though he is in a coma he might still hear you talking to him. She ended up in a coma because of complications from crone's diease.
