re: pain meds. Dr adjusts main pain meds first, while providing more breakthrough meds, then breakthrough meds are backed off as main pain meds take over. The idea is that breakthrough meds should be used as little as possible.

I'm still wondering if the hand-twitches aren't related to non-sleep or back issues. I'm so sorry it's bad like this. :( I'm having decent luck with the Zytram + Meloxicam + Buspirone right now.

i wish you could too. i was freaking out all last week because of screwing up with their office policies. *sigh* i'm still kind of nervous and i keep having to tell myself that i'm doing things okay, that things are going to be okay. *sigh* this stupid shit is hard. i love you. *kisses* i miss you.
