Yes, this. There's very little to say in the face of all the frustration. :( This is an unjust, not simply unfair, situation for Sean, Phinnia, and Tallin.

Move? MOVE? WTF is WRONG with these people? You would think that, being paratransit, they would be familiar with the concept of accommodation -- such as would be required in this case -- but apparently not.
