Three things I forgot to put in the last post, of interest to local people (i don't make enough of these posts to need a local filter).

a. anyone familiar with the seattle scrabble club? mystic_savage pointed it out. It sounds like fun - anyone want to go with me sometimes?

It is, and we'd be delighted. The Girl normally naps in the vicinity of 1-3pm, so sometime around 10-11am on Monday would be idea for us.

Let me warn you that on MLK day its going to be insane there. We went on Veteran's day and it was insane. Like couldnt walk to 3 steps in a straight line without having to dodge a person or kidlet. I won't do a school holiday again.
