One of the cats at home licks anyone who's petting him. He also licks things people have touched regularly, like the crank on the window. We think he likes the saltiness.

And, hey, I use the lick defense in dire situations. LOL

It is! He hadn't seemed too independently interested in the cats before now either. And he's not made that 'lightbulb' naming moment with a lot of things, so this is stll pretty significant. <3
