I hate dry mouth. HATE HATE HATE. I get it on adderal and it is by far the worst side effect (and there are a lot of nasty ones, I'm always struck speechless when people say "teehee, it'll help me lose weight!"). No matter how much I drink my mouth and throat are either parched, or full of the extra sticky spit that makes you even thirstier.

OMG YES. That's exactly it. Try gum with xylitol or some of that biotene mouthwash/drymouth gum/toothpaste. It's the only thing that keeps me sane.

Sorry about that. <3 ... obsessing on - that's probably the best guess I'd have of defining it. The word is usually applied to autistic children that play with things repetitively? Is that any more helpful?
