Some kids are more perceptive than others. :)

huh.

i don't think i ever knew what i wanted to be, when i'd grow up .. maybe i pondered being a teacher, but that was because i spent most of my waking hours in a school and the only adults around were teachers. i toyed with the idea of becoming a writer, but that never worked out.

somehow i ended up in mathematics. the evolution of a single life will surprise you.

Maybe I secretly wanted to be a Pokemon character, that would make a lot more sense than a seven year old dreaming of making a living doing math.

I wanted to get married....go figure...

I still want that....but logic kicks in and says, "some day that is not today..."

(It is that ridiculous Spanish Catholic background that my mother inscripted me with.)

My mother is crazy, and so is Liz's mother. Also, apparently your mother is crazy. I wonder if they are all crazy.

I think more than anything, they have to be to raise a child. You have to worry about all kinds of things to ensure that your offspring survive...if you develop a little psychosis along the way, I don't think I can blame you.

I'm sure Adam will think Liz is crazy some day...won't that be lovely.
