Thank you. That's a setting that definitely calls for some Sam/Dean. Someday... I hope. I miss writing and feel rather lost without it, to be honest. LOL, yes, that was my happy face. Dorkily happy.

Yay for mosquito magnet twins! Err, except that's not so much with the yay. I hope those nasty little buggers stay away from you. Really interesting about the blood type theory. I don't know my type either (have always wanted to give blood, but missed every opportunity), but it does indeed make you wonder.

I'm thinking it'll be a toss up between Bastille and Neko Case. I'd be going alone to both and they're within a few days of each other -- can't fathom doing two solo shows in a short time period. Seriously, if only teleportation existed! So many shows we could see together. :)

You should definitely go see Neko Case. I go to shows by myself all the time, because I'd rather that than stay home feeling grumpy that I'm not seeing someone I like.

And I hate bug bites. Much sympathy from me.

*nods* I saw her by myself before, and it was well worth it. If it was the same venue she played previously, this would be a much easier decision. But the venue she's scheduled at this time is in the city and requires standing, which leads to more awkwardness and anxiety. We'll see.

Ugh. Why can't those bastards feast on something else? Like trash... that would be beneficial.

I will be going to a Moby DJ set on my own in the fall. I don't mind going alone, I just fret about how to get home safely. I guess a cab is the best choice in that situation (e.g. 2am in downtown).

Mr. Z likes Moby, but he's not into the DJ thing. Moby is amazing though, his DJ sets are pretty much the best thing ever.

Too bad about the timing of the Lanegan show. That does sound like a problem.

I would like to see photos from your trip, so hope you post them at some point.

I hope you have an awesome time at the Moby show. :) Going alone has been worth it the few times I've done it. And it's fine during the performance. It's just walking city streets and waiting in between sets that raises my anxiety levels.

*nods* I don't see Lanegan finishing at a decent hour, say 11, either. He just reeks of nocturnal. Which is great... except when it's not.

I'll try to get them up soon. Waiting to see if Shannon gets the rest of her St. Augustine photos uploaded first, because she has shots of the ocean (my camera battery had died by then).

I wish you could be here for the concerts too. I don't imagine you'd be that into Neko or Neutral Milk Hotel or Toad or Colin, but it would be lovely to have the option.

It's not like I have a shot in hell of winning anything. (Still, feels weird that the stories are linked to AO3 instead of LJ and my name is listed without the LJ user thingy. I mean, I am still here....)
