• Does anyone know if Hobbit action figures are out there yet? I assume they will be made, but am curious if anyone has spied any. I know I told myself I was done with that, and even sold some of my LOTR figures out of desperation (and, yes, I do miss them). But I think I need a Bilbo - a Martin!Bilbo - assuming they follow the quality of the LOTR

I saw Of Monsters and Men on a Monday night and it was just terrific, despite the obvious issue of it being a Monday night. The age range was immense, too, of the people in the audience, with a good 1/4 being people in their late 50s and up, about 1/3 high school/college age people and the rest in between, which made for a kind of mellow experience for me. I nabbed a seat for that one, because MONDAY.

I'm really glad to hear your Of Monsters And Men show was a great one. Regarding the age range: I find that surprising, particularly the older end of the spectrum. But happily surprising, because I'd expect the band's fans to skew toward the college set. Yay for seats. Seats are highly underrated. More and more, I find myself making concert-going decisions based largely on the availability of a place to park my ass.
