There are SO many ways to look at this and it all really boils done to each individuals opinion. If you go to one of the big auto shows and see a prototype concept car on display by one of the big car makers is it a car? It probably has no engine, will NEVER be driven, and will never be produced but it's still a car. That oversimplifies the discussion but what the hell ( ... )
