Friggin' Hamster

Okay, I adore Sandy... I really do. Things are serious. I've even told her that I love her (yeah, it's serious... lol). I play with her at least 4 times per day, and she is beyond adorable.

This post makes me miss my hamster. Her name was Houdini. We named her that because she escaped...alot. Though it was never hard to find her, because she was always headed in the direction of her cage.

Hamsters are wonderful pets, and you do get used to the constant destruction and night noise...eventually. :)

I had two male hamsters when I was younger, and neither ever destroyed anything, tried to escape, etc. It's very strange...

All of my hamsters ate towels. My first one that lived for a considerable period of time took one nite to chew an entire towel, and redecorate her cage with it. I woke up and there was all sorts of pink cloth floating around.

They're destructive, but they're so cute...
