After water aeorbics last night, I had a traumatic experience with my broiler. My mother swears by broiled steaks, and I figured, I'll try it this time instead of the Foreman or pan searing them. The only time I use my broiler instead of my grill pan is if the grill pan will just take too long. Also, windows wide open and a well directed fan helps with overly sensitive smoke detectors, but it could just be the way my apartment is set up.

what is the horrible world where VM might not make the cut but the horrible and mismanaged OR can get picked up.

I have not decided if I will keep watching it, it depends on the time its on and what else is going on.

Buffalo cheeseburgers? How do you make those?

Whole Foods sells ground buffalo meat. I mix it with an egg, whole wheat bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and italian seasoning and top them with cheddar cheese and veggies.
