Erm, since he was 15. Not that it makes the it much better. Guantanamo is a stain on USA's supposed stance on "freedom" and will continue to be so until it is closed.

I thought he'd been arrested for the incident in 2002 which made him 10? As you say, either way, he's still a kid.

I think he was arrested in 2002 and the video is from 2003. I believe he's 21 now.
