I love April Fool's Day, if you can find it. Very scary yet not just run of the mill.

The Exorcist terrifies me, although the book scared me way more.

Sorry I missed your call earlier. I was shopping with my sister. I dropped her off at the airport a while ago and am now preparing for my one day trip to L.A. Seven hours round trip on a plane tomorrow, I can hardly wait.

The Exorcist... excellent suggestion.

No prob! Hope your 7 hour trip isn't killing you ;^)

Will you be around tomorrow night at all?

Eek! on the exorcist. (Privately I must confess that scary novels scare me far more than scary movies in general, just because books let my imagination run wild whereas movies limit it.)

Ah yes... the only other Ash in my life.
Feel the love of the Bruce.
Good suggestion on Nightmare on Elm Street. The original and Freddy vs Jason is a hoot!

Ah, so that's where Bruce comes from? I may have to watch the movies now just to relate to your icon! I know you're awefully fond of it ;^)

I love 'Pitch Black.' It's not very scary...but pretty intense. It was my favorite movie for a while...and, imo, it's Vin Diesel's saving grace.

I'm also one for the classics like 'The Shining' (so good) and 'Psycho' (really all Hitchcock).

I LOVED 'Pitch Black'! What did you think of the sequel (Chronicles of Riddick?)--I wasn't as fond of it...

I also love the other two! Saw both my freshmen year of college. God, Jack Nicholas terrifies me more than ever after that ;^)

We've got very complimentary tastes in movies in this regaurd I think!

We made it through 30 minutes of the sequel before we switched to 'Animal House'.

I think so too!

I've only seen the original b/w hitchcock directed version. How's the newer one compare?

really good. They used Vince Vaughn for Norman Bates. lol (see layout). They tried to make it exactly the same as the original, but with colour and new actors....I liked it.
