OK, so I figured I should probbly post somthing... I haven't posted anything in ages up here. Things are going rather blah these days. The house is still on the market, 3.5 months later still no offers. Still no news on the job front, been looking hard, had lots of interviews but no job. We had Jima's B-day party this weekend... well that was wild/

We hod ours on the market for 8months. I forget the company name, but the guy who sold it after all that time was a guy that only took half what the realator we started with was. I would check around and call some other ppl and ask them how long their house has been on the market.

4-5 months is normal around here :( We have a kick ass realtor, so that is not the problem, but it still sucks ass. We just lowered our house by 6 grand so now we are loosing money selling, but we gotta get out of faribo
