That's awesome! I read somewhere that for every 1 dissatisfied customer, 7 people will hear about it. That may not seem like much at first, but if those seven people decide to give a business a miss because of that one person, it can have a huge impact of businesses with poor customer service records.
I'm glad they actually reflected on what their problem is and are trying to resolve it!

About as hard to find as good customer service, these days.
Hopefully they get better.
