I think we will this ep was a bit strange but I think they were trying to fit things in to round them up before break so we can come back and move on and have monster of the week eps, that was the impression I have anyways I could be wrong

Yes I think you are probably right. Got to get so much explanation done in one episode so we all know where we are at come Jan! And lots fo love, I mean I never complain about CAS TIME! :)

I assumed that Anna has gone back to Heaven. That's what I got out of that. She got her "grace" back which means she became a full fledged angel, took out Alastair and herself at the same time. Dunno if I'm right though. *shrug*

It'll be interesting to see where they go with this now. I think we'll get a few stand alones and keep the main story poking along in the background. Which would be good. Again, guessing though. I do that a lot. *g*

And, that final scene with Sam and Dean was, well, I really liked that. I think because it was Dean talking about himself and that happens so rarely.

That final scene was amazing. AMAZING. Jensen was so good and.. good to have Dean talk about himself, as you say. I always like it when the boys share with each other!

Ah you think she is back in heaven? See I assumed so and it was only Dean's get her back that confused me. Let's think she is in heaven then ;))

Yeah. Well I figure that she's back on the grid, so to speak, and that in sending Alastair back to Hell that she kind of did the same thing to herself. So who knows? Maybe she'll get to see the face of god? *g* Either way I bet that's not the end of her. What's the bet she turns up further down the track?

I'd like her to turn up again, she was cool! I suspect we haven't seen end of Alistair either so would make sense for her to turn up similar time...

I liked your observation on the sex scenes showing different sides of the boys - I never looked at it that way before. I was too distracted by shoulders and backs and...mmmmmmm....

Jensen rock a ridiculous amount and if I could check the box for "The best fic to come out of this = episode...J2 Jared comforts Jensen after filming the last scene" xbillionty I totally would!

I was watching the sex scenes thinking, you know, they do use them to illustrate sides to the boys (Which I like, awesome when sex scenes have a separate purpose other than HOT) but .. also predictable that flirty Dean gets the gentle scene, you know? Can work other way around too...

I was confused about the Grace/Falling/Tree thing too. It was just kind of weird, LOL!

Overall though... this ep was rickin' like Metallicar with Dean and Anna inside :-) It's another one I'll need to watch again (not just cause of the sex either... no really... I watch for the plot!). So many little things going on. I missed Dean saying "Get her back".

But that last scene... Oh Dean! He was so torn up about what he'd done. He doesn't want to feel any more. He'd spent his whole life saving people and now he was torturing them... it was beyond torturing though. *hugs him*

I sort of wish they'd quit making Dean cry cause then I end up blubbering like an idiot cause Jensen is so good at what he does. *sigh*

Hiatus?? It'll make Dean's 40 years in Hell look like a cake walk ;-)

Which kind of leads me to one question... I thought Dean was gone for 6 months, not 4?

oh dean gone for how long? i can't remember the sumns. was it six or four? poor him tho' being tortured and breaking, like anyone would. AW BABY!!
