I met this group of college kids in Suzhou. It was my last day in china and I was wandering around an ancient garden when it started to rain. I hid in a pagoda in the middle of a lily pond and was watching the rain (very zen) when a group of chinese college kids ran into the pagoda too. your english was good!! i loved being in Suzhou -- it makes the US look very (insert appropriate adjective here). I miss being in China -- being back at school is very strange after spending all summer in China!! I miss you guys too -- write back!!
lots of exclamation points seem to work. that, and little words. apparently, my uncle has to spend like, hours looking up the words i use (and i don't use veyr many over like, 2 syllables). btu they get really excited, and htey practice hteir english. its a win-win situation!!
