i saw this and i'm convinced more than ever that my decision to cut back on meat is the wisest one i've made in years (at least for the earth) ...

Yay! I wish I could convince my husband to do the same. He'll shop with reusable bags, recycle, use green cleaners, what have you... but he won't let go of his meat-n-potatoes diet.

Man, I wish. The guy has to have meat with every meal. I hate it so much! He won't even go for "Meatless Mondays." :(
