It made me squirmy too.

I'll probably still watch though.

I've been a terrible fan this season. XD I've only caught a few glimpses of the episodes, really. Mostly I see spoilers online. It's just... nothing is really grabbing me, ya know? It's just like last season, and no Castiel to draw my interest. (Until later on, I guess?)

I'm willing to bet, right now, that next week's episode will end with the girl aging to death, her life force used for what-the-fuck-ever, and then Dean has a sad. ;-;

Well, yah, of course, you gotta kill the girls for the boys to having something else to cry over, duh.

This season hasn't been very interesting. I doubt I'll remember the plot in a year, let alone two or three. And I have a very, very strong inkling they're gonna bring Cas back just to kill him. I'll probably finally lose interest and stop watching at that point.

Women in Refrigerators--what a lovely trope Supernatural just loves to keep revisiting.

That's how I'm feeling as well. Although there's that one piece of me that's clinging to hope that we're going to see, as Castiel's latest permutation, adjusted!human!Castiel. (I have a plot bunny about such a thing right now. I'll probably end up writing it. XD) Death is more likely, but I think there's a teeny-tiny shot.

Jared said in a recent interview that the brothers were "cheating", I think is how he put it. They were never in much danger because they could just call Castiel (or Bobby) who would rush in and save the day for them. By making Castiel non-angelic, that takes away that issue.

It's a glimmer of hope. XD
