Going into the episode, I was so ready to call Dean out on the working with demons thing and all that jazz. But I can't even really summon the need to do it. CAUSE I WAS SO PROUD OF THE WAY HE HANDLED IT ALL. HE WAS SO HURT BUT HE YET UNDERSTANDING TOO.

The only complaint I have is that they should have shown throughout the season just how deeply Dean feels. Cause there were times I;ve questioned if he still thought of Cas as a friend, let alone part of his family. HE BELIEVED IN HIM SO MUCH.

I've been calling Fallen!Cas since around last haitus. Tonight just cemented my theory even more.

I KNOW. GOD, DEAN, I WANT TO BE MAD AT YOU BUT YOU LOOK SO HURT AND BETRAYED AND YET YOU STILL TRIED TO MAKE CASTIEL SEE THE LIGHT.

Yeah, I agree about the friendship through the season. I could see it from Castiel, but Dean made me waver.

OMG NOW I WANT FIC WHERE CASTIEL SEES DEAN AS MORE THAN A BROTHER AND IS ANGSTY ABOUT HIS TRUELOVE NOT SEEING HIM HOW HE WANTS TO BE SEEEEEEEEEEN

I'm excited for the next season. FALLEN!CAS MEANS THERE WILL BE MORE OF HIM NEXT SEASON. DON'T TRY TO TELL ME OTHERWISE. IT'S GOING TO BE TRUE. 8DDDD

I can kinda get why they did it, though. If you think about it, they just find out that Castiel has been working with Crowley the whole season (even if Castiel didn't say it, it's easy for them to jump to that correct conclusion). Crowley has been using and abusing them all season. They can only think that Castiel was fine with what Crowley was having them do, and probably that he had some hand in it. Especially if Dean is still bitter about being used as bait in THE FRENCH MISTAKE.

Plus Castiel's insisting that Sam not have his soul returned can only have made Sam think that Castiel never wanted him to have his soul in the first place.

I think it's fair for their initial, emotional reaction to be "RAAAAWR BETRAYAAAAAAL". I'm hoping they'll have calmed down next week two weeks from now and are kinda ashamed that they even thought Castiel would do something so terrible.

I'm not even sure what to feel right now, dude. I keep randomly tearing up all over again every time I see the post-episode gifs. SO MANY FEELINGS.

On the one hand: CAS YOU MORON DEAN IS YOUR SIGN IF YOU WOULD BOTHER TO LOOK. YOU SHOULD HAVE GONE TO HIM IN THE FIRST PLACE I SHOULD SMITE YOUR ASS FOR THIS.

On the other: Holy shit, TFW, maybe you could list to what the fuck the poor guy has to say before completely condemning him.

I was ready to start ranting at all of them. Cas for being a moron, and the boys and Bobby for not seeing that Cas truly believes he doesn't have a choice... But then I remember that they're not privy to all the information that we are, and their conclusions are logical, based on the information they have...

....in short, will be crying for days. That song you mentioned on tumblr is still perfect, by the way.

YES. EVERYONE IS AN IDIOT, AND EVERYONE MAKES MY HEART HURT SO BADLY. I didn't cry though, and I'm a little disappointed by that. ;_; Super excited! But not overly weepy.

Lol, I'm easily set off XD So it's not really a surprise that I bawled. Pathetic, yes, but not surprising.

I'm not sure if I'm more worried about Cas' fate now, or not, though.

Honestly, it seems to be common after this episode, though. I think the non-criers are in the minority. XD

I'm actually more firm in my belief we're gonna have fallen!Castiel, and the a human!Castiel for S7, who will be in every episode beside Sam and Dean. AND I'M SO FUCKING EXCITED FOR IT. XD
