In other news related to the last paragraph of that post...

IN THE GROOVE, a game similar to DDR, is out in stores now. Today is the first day that its been available. I guess voidmain will probably have picked a copy up for me before I get home from work today, and I'll have to give it a try.

The biggest thing about this game, to me, is that since its not even released by the same people, it will have a completely new set of music in it. All of the DDR mixes had at least a few repeats or remixed versions of previous mixes songs. This game will be a completely new song experience.

Whether or not there will be any GOOD songs in it, time will tell. Well, time won't, but I will, once I play it.

Voidmain told me that it has been in the arcade for a while, and Konami is trying to sue them over something or other, but this is the first time its been available for a console (the PS2 to be precise).

You know, you can just edit your post rather than replying to yourself, which looks silly.

yay heat! i love this weather. maybe that's because i'm a scrawny little girl who breaks out in goosebumps in 65 degree weather, but whenever the temperature goes above 75, i'm happy ^_^

Scrawny little girl?

Well, maybe.

I'm kinda the opposite when it comes to temperature... I am at my peak comfort level around a dry 65-70, and anything above that (heat or humidity or both) and Im too hot usually :)

What are the temps like down by you these days?

high 80s, low 90s ^_^ and really, in the ohio river valley, the phrase "it's not the heat; it's the humidity" is especially true. the only place i've ever been that's more humid in the summer is osaka. not that i've been too many places, really...

You've been more places than I, most likely. :)
