[L2 Colony/London] Blimey

Characters:Duo, Hilde, and Dean?
Where: Starting in the Bar/lounge, then to Colony L2 C8923, as is Hilde's area.
When: Some time after the first mission.
Summary: An outing to L2 Duo and Hilde seek their home, Dean comes along for the ride. (Also, there's a possibility of someone hot wiring a car.)

( I just realized how much crap we gotta deal with back home. This kinda sucks. )

Hilde herself had been thinking somewhat along the same lines. With the mission over, she could now devote some much needed attention on the place she saw when she first arrived here. That place that... well home. Was it really home and what could she expect to find there?

Considering that she was here herself, in the flesh, then her first question was already answered. As for the next, well she'd just have to wait and see.. There was one person she was definitely taking with her if she was going to L2.

She stepped into the bar area, hoping to find him here. She spotted him lounging on one of the couches. "Hey, got lucky."

"You got lucky?" Duo opened one eye to peer at her, leaning his chin against his hand, elbow against the arm rest. They'd been discussing this L2 thing in passing, hadn't they? "You mean you want to try heading to L2 now, sure we won't end up in some back water town like last time?"

"Like I'm supposed to know that? Who knows what this computer will do, but we have to at least try, right?" Hilde folded her arms and leaned against the door frame. "Don't you want to at least see it?"

Hilde wanted to see it bad, in fact. Bad enough she was willing to leave Duo behind if he didn't seem interested, even though she really had looked forward to taking him along. "I'm not going to force you but I do think it's important to us both." she approached the couch he was laid out on. "C'mon, what do you say?"

Duo pulled himself to his feet and stretches his arms over his head, letting out a big yawn. "Yeeeeaaah, we might as well. Maybe see what kind of supplies we can get from the yard, if we still own that."

He smirked at Hilde and her pep talk tone, walking over to her and patting her on the shoulder. "And, y'know. Everything else. We're not gonna visit your parents, are we?"
