"Very well." Ashitaka was more than willing to let Dean lead the way. He seemed to know a great deal more about the nature of this place than he did. The lights shining were rather straightforward, but he still had a feeling they were in for a bigger surprise.

The lights led them a ways, into a small room. As soon as he entered, thousands of ideas as to what its purpose was, came to him; none of them were any good.

"What is this place?" Maybe the magic voice would return and guide them again. It did seem fitting, seeing as how she was the one who started this.

In the room they discovered upon following the hall lights, it had some kind of black control pad thing-a-majig with blinking lights and buttons on the far wall ahead of them. On the floor before it was a platform of some sort.

"I guess this is it?" He sounded very unsure, but started to take cautious steps toward the control pad and platform...

"I suppose..." Ashitaka looked around for the lights to confirm the platform was indeed, their goal. The voice would have also easily sufficed but both parties failed them. He stepped forward hesitantly, turning to look Dean in the eye.

"Well, shall we make a try for it?"

"Yeah... Maybe I should go first," Dean suggested, and began to step ahead of Ashitaka. Once he was standing all the way on the platform, he quipped out a quote from a popular television sci-fi series, 'cause Dean is a dork like that.

"Now to go where no man has gone before..." He grinned, and then altogether vanished.
