... hadn't he locked that door? Tony swore he had. He eyed Dante with a very disgruntled look, having been in the process of dressing -- fortunately he had had everything on but a shirt by the time Dante had dropped by, otherwise the younger one would have found himself right back in the hall he came from.

"I'm so glad you remembered my name," Tony said flatly, tugging the short-sleeved black shirt over his head and tugging it down into place. "Do you make it a habit of barging into people's places unannounced?"

Especially the places of people you physically harassed? Tony bit his tongue on that comment, running a hand through his hair. Blue eyes simply observed Dante for a moment before he frowned, looking displeased. Anybody would be in this case.

"To what do I owe the pleasure of your visit?" Note the sarcasm on 'pleasure'.

Dante was not revealing his secret to door unlocking any time soon, so Tony would just have to deal with it or find a new way to keep people out. He stared for a moment as the elder got dressed--why yes he was admiring the bare skin and, more importantly, muscles there. Until he realized that was what he was doing.

--But damnit, looking at Tony was like looking into a mirror! ...A time warped mirror, but mirror nevertheless. So really he was just admiring himself, or so he told himself.

"Yeah, actually I do," he responded flippantly with a dismissive wave of the hand. "If that's what I feel like."

He walked over and ran two fingers across Tony's arm as he passed by, glancing around the room as if inspecting it for approval. He stopped near a place to sit and placed his hands on his hips. "Just checking on ya--make sure you're not, oh I dunno, running amok causing chaos and whatnot."

Yes, he did just tell Tony that he was "checking up on him" like some sort of little kid who needed to be kept in line.

Tony released a silent sigh at Dante's flippant attitude. It wasn't something he felt he would ever get used to, no matter the time he spent around Dantes. It irritated him but he kept silent on the matter, knowing it'd do little good for him to voice it.

However when he felt the fingers brush against his arm Tony couldn't help but tense a little and turn to just stare at Dante a moment. Did he really just do that? What the hell was wrong with him? He shook his head, dismissing it for the moment and turning to face Dante fully, crossing his arms over his chest ( ... )

Probably for that exact reaction to the move, but Dante wasn't telling. He simply grinned sweetly at the looks Tony kept giving him. For all his effort not to let Dante's antics get to him, Tony didn't do a very good job at hiding it in Dante's opinion.

The devil hunter snorted. "Past time. And that last doesn't count. You were the closest thing to get upset at. Blame the computer."

Dante watched Tony pick up with a hint of amusement in his expression. "However long I feel like it," he said with a hint of light force. "You may not be now but..."
