A red-haired man in a gray pinstripe suit was coming her way, from one of the more wooded segments of the plaza. One couldn't see his eyes owing to the dark glasses obscuring them, but the content smile on his face and the leisurely way he moved (despite the use of a walking stick to navigate) showed a man who'd learned to live with his handicap. And ride the world by the horns.

Wood tapped on stone thrice. The end of the man's cane had found the side of Dorothy's bench, specifically the end opposite to where she was seated. The scent of expensive perfume and long-hair wafting in the artificial breeze told him a woman was seated there, so his smile shifted in her general direction. "Hello. Mind if I sit? That stroll took a little longer than expected."

She watched him as he approached, noting the walking stick immediately as he moved. She also could see he was comfortable with it, as if he'd been long straddled with the fact that he had to navigate in such a manner. Dorothy offered him a smile anyway, since it was long drilled into her that a smile could be heard in the voice. She was well-taught, after all.

"Hello... please, feel free," she offered. "I don't mind at all." She watched him as he sat. "I'm Dorothy Catalonia. A pleasure to meet you."

The way his own smile answered Dorothy's greeting told her he hadn't missed the extra effort at all... and appreciated it. "That would be mine too, Ms. Catalonia. Matt Murdock." he introduced in return. He did not sit until they'd shaken hands, and when he did it was in a dignified yet casual manner. The relaxed thump of her heartbeat was a cue for him to unwind too.

"For what's supposed to be artificial weather, I think we're having a pretty nice day of it. Wouldn't you agree?"

Dorothy had appropriately waited until he offered his own hand first to avoid the awkwardness of him possibly missing hers. Her own grip was firm, yet gentle, someone used to meetings and formalities. She certainly wasn't nervous, seeing as how they were out in public and within the confines of this 'complex'. Once he was seated, she chuckled at the comment about the weather.

"They did a wonderful job with the control system, then," she remarked in kind. "Have you experienced artificial weather before, Mr Murdock?" After all, in a place full of different worlds, it could be that he was from something close enough to her own that he might have.

Jeremie had been taking a break from the computers per Hilde's suggestion. He winced as muscles that had barely moved in hours stretched painfully. He really needed to stop doing this to himself.

He mentally rolled his eyes at that thought. Like he'd ever be able to break that habit.

The woman on the bench caught his eye largely due to her...unusual...eyebrows. He paused in his walk to study her for a moment. It was rude to basically stare--and he knew she could see him clearly as he did it--but he wasn't sure what to make of her. She was probably about Hilde's age, but she certainly wasn't cut from the same cloth.

She watched him for a moment, as, yes, she could see him quite clearly. Mildly amused by the staring, she waited for a moment to see what he would do next before offering him a small smile.

"Can I help you with something?" she asked him.

Jeremie wasn't surprised that she'd noticed him. After all, he was standing in the open, gawking. What would he have expected?

He shook his head in response to her question. He decided it was best to explain himself if only since he'd been so rude earlier. "Just curious. I've never seen anyone like you before."

"I could say the same for you," she responded in a coy tone of voice. She gestured for him to join her on the bench. "After all, I hear there's several different worlds represented here." Dorothy smiled. "I'm Dorothy Catalonia."
