By hiring her as a favor to the new administrator, your boss has made it more than clear what it takes for a woman to get ahead in his world. And since you don't want the job of Queen of Hell, all you can do is keep looking for the exit. You might consider getting a priest in to exorcise the place of demons, but the head demon is currently cutting your checks, so probably should hold off on that.

I can't see how your workplace is doing anything but circling the drain with behaviour like that, it's all the hallmarks of a company on its way to failure. :( I hope you can find a new job somewhere. *Hugs!*
