This morning I turned on my pc at work to find a mail from our area manager demanding to know basically why our production is sucking right now. And he's demanding an answer from me and my colleagues, not our bosses

Seriously, though, when they're over ten days late with pay, that's a really bad sign. Is there a reason why you haven't quit yet? You seem to hate it and they're not even paying you now. :/

It's not even the worst we had to wait. Twice now we've gone 2 months without being paid.
I've been actively trying to find another job since this summer but the economy being what it is doesn't help matters. I have an indeterminate contract, no one does those anymore cause they're expensive and people in interviews don't believe you when you tell then any other contract would be ok, just as long as I can work in a different place.
Plus they tend to hire who doesn't have a job now, which are many many people :/
And I can't quit without having another job cause my parents made me promise not to...

Someday, you will quit that job and take a much better one. And after that happens, you can tell us all the name of this suckfest you work for so they can get their proper serving of shame.
