Are you a temp? Most agencies don't like their temps being bullied... I once got an agency to stop supplying temps because of the way I was treated at one site. Besides, sick leave is between you and your agency, not the contractor.

Question: If all the temps are from the same agency, has anyone complained to the temp agency about this workplace and the treatment there? I'm thinking it's possible to get the company itself blacklisted from the temp agency to the point that they no longer assign their people there. It's worth a shot, anyway.
