‘We can’t eat anything.’

‘Why not?’ Harry whispered, not wanting to offend their host.

‘We might die!’

‘Why would we die?’ Harry spooned the fruit into two bowls. ‘They look like blackberries.’

Draco gave Harry the 'are you simple?' glare. ‘Yes they look like blackberries, but in case it’s escaped your notice we’re sitting in a forest full of Dryads, trying to negotiate the release of several abductees.’

‘Alleged abductees. Everyone says they're here of their own free will and I believe them.’

Harry turned to look at the Dryad’s ruler, Hermes. He was sipping wine and watching them with an amused expression. Everyone at the table was eating and drinking and making a merry din.

On their left, a beautiful creature - dressed in a diaphanous scrap of barely-there material - trailed a finger down Harry’s arm. ‘You wear such coarse garments. Do they not chafe?’

‘We’re not taking our clothes off!’ Draco squeaked causing everyone to laugh. It was good-natured laughter, but Draco still blushed and shoved a berry into his mouth to cover his embarrassment.

--

As it turned out Draco didn’t die, but he did end up running naked through the forest with a garland of twigs on his head. At least he wasn’t lonely because Harry was chasing him singing a song about being 'a genie in a bottle', which didn’t sound half as silly as it should, especially when he got to the bit about being 'rubbed the right way'.

Harry caught Draco in a shady glade and tripped him onto a bed of moss.

‘I knew we shouldn’t have eaten anything,’ Draco moaned, his nipples rigid against Harry’s clever fingers.

Harry was panting from the pursuit and flushed with arousal, and when he parted Draco’s legs to make a space for himself, Draco couldn’t muster a single complaint.

‘I think it’s the best thing we’ve ever done,’ Harry said, grasping Draco’s bottom and lifting.

Draco knew from experience that it was impossible to win an argument whilst on his back with his cock in Harry’s mouth, so he arched his spine and grabbed two fists full of moss. ‘You make a valid point,’ he surrendered.

Kingsley found them sitting under an oak tree. They were eating berries in between sharing mouth-stained kisses and lascivious gropes.

Luckily, Hermes seemed enchanted by their antics. Kingsley watched Potter weave a daisy trough Malfoy’s hair. The king sighed wistfully. 'They are delightful.'

'You can't keep them,' Kingsley said and tried not to appear embarrassed because Malfoy was stretching out like a sleepy cat, all naked skin and mussed hair. Potter wrapped his entire body around Malfoy and shot a warning glare their way - it was a statement of unashamed possession. Neither seemed concerned by their unclothed state.

Kingsley had a fine time trying to herd them towards the Portkey.

Malfoy shouted quite a bit and demanded some clothes, refusing his own in favour of a flimsy toga made of a pale pink cloth. It shimmered in the sunlight and left nothing to the imagination.

‘The berries are harmless,’ Hermes assured Kingsley with an indulgent chuckle as he watched Potter accuse everyone of ogling his boyfriend’s bum. 'But I'm told the wine can be a little potent to the untrained constitution.’

Kingsley cringed. The whole thing was mortifying. As Minister of Magic he shouldn’t have to deal with this sort of thing. He'd get his revenge, though - and pretty soon. None of that ’dish served cold’ bollocks. He coaxed Potter into a toga that matched Malfoy's, suddenly very pleased that he’d set the Portkey to take them to the Ministry's visitors' entrance.

The End
