Looking at IMDB there is no pre-production for Anders Hove and Denice Duff just completed a project. In fact, Anders isn't working on any project at this point and hasn't since 2012. It's June already, they normally shoot in September/October time. Lead time for production is three and six or even a year (contract negotiations with the actors and the studio, extras, and etc...). Sadly, I don't see this happening this year.
