On December 6, 1989, a man in his mid-twenties entered L'Ecole Polytechnique in Montreal.
He took with him a rifle. Blaming feminists for ruining his life, he
shot and killed fourteen young women whose only crime was to seek
higher education. December 6 is the day to remember them, and all acts
of violence against women.
