Oh, sure, they brought me back a new one, but they took my files away with the old one. And all my programs. I'm having to relearn how to use email now that I have Netscape 7.1 (very nice!) and I had a heck of a time finding my LJ program. Finally did, though. Thank ghod, as the process of finding and downloading new ones seems much more
