Wait, wait, wait. Let me see if I understand this:

It's rude to write in your own LJ about what interests you? Even if other people are writing about the same subject, even if it's "clogging" someone else's friendslist with many posts, how is it rude?

I'd have a real simple answer to that one. If you don't want to read what I write, stop reading what I write. I'm pretty sure I didn't hold a gun to anyone's head to make them put me on their friends' list.

Complaining about what you yourself choose to read is what seems rude to me, not writing what you want to write in your own journal.
