Inspiration, why have you forsaken me?

I am stuck in a rut. A horrible, horrible writing rut. My Merlin/Stardust fic fizzled out, my new Merlin plotbunny is dragging, all the fics i"m writing for Cirien just suck/don't want to be written, my original fiction is a joke. I can't write. I sit down, and think "why aren't you doing homework/playing videogames/watching a movie/playing with

And please know your writings for me don't suck and, I know this, because the fact that your writing is so good gives me more & more ideas and it made me write fiction again.

Argh I know your writing woes well! I've been stuck in a very similar rut for the last fortnight and I'm only just trying to climb out of it. All I can do is offer hugs and tell you your nano approach is still a good one. I did something very similar, I wrote because words on the page were words on the page and I was reading through my epic last night and there are parts that I remember writing back then thinking they were absolute rubbish and... well, not only do they fit, but they're actually pretty good. You'll be the same. :)

Oh, gosh. *hugs* I hope you feel better. Sometimes you just can't write, especially when you're not feeling well, and asthma really sucks the energy out of you.
