I have this theory about Sam's hair, see...that it keeps it like that just to annoy Dean and his father.

So I see it as a point that Dean would focus on at a moment like that.

Lovely character insight -- particularly the idea that John couldn't face Sam, say goodbye and go off to die. It's an interesting take on that scene. And I love the idea that Dean is still balancing secrets, playing the same role in his family, even after his father is gone. Sad, but lovely. Thank you.
