However, this popped into my head as soon as I saw the prompt...and thus...I am here.
This is told first person from Dean's POV.
I love knowing I made him smile…
That little bemused smile, no teeth, just the curling of his lips, the twinkle in his eye…that smile that says “I’m going to kill you,” all teeth and no lips…that shy grin, just a flash of teeth, a hint of blush…that one makes Sam look like he’s innocent, fragile…the one that makes me want to protect him from the world.
My favorite…that sleepy, early morning smile…just a little nervous, just a little tentative…that blossoms into brilliance when I roll my eyes and grin…that smile is mine alone…my joy, my peace…my Sam.
