I’ll try to keep these in Chronological order, with the time line given based on Dana’s age, just to keep it simple. The stories are listed as:

Sam;1-ish; Sam’s trip home to Boston after “My Brother’s Keeper” - Where Asmodai makes his first appearance.
John, Sam/Dean, Dana; 3-ish (between “Not Yet, But I’m Getting There” and “A Winchester by Any Other Name”); John follows Sam and discovers he’s not completely the reformed man that Dean believes he is.
Sam, Dana; 4; A series of snippets of daily life with these two, Sam discovering the world through his connection with Dana, much angst and schloomp.
Sam, John; 5; Something Dana says or does sparks Sam to look through his old journal, realizes he might have a chance to save a child he helped “place” just before he found Dean. He asks John to help him.
Sam, Dana; 7/8; Sam comes to realize that Dana sees him as he is, sees through the glamour that hides his scars, and they talk about hiding parts of who they are.
Sam/Dean; 13; Following “Hunter Becoming Hunted”, once Sam is healthy again, Dean wants to talk about his running away, when he’d promised to stay.
Dana and Sam; 14; Dana learns to cope with everything she learned in “Hunter Becoming Hunted”, and works at repairing the damage to her relationship with Sam.
Sam and John; 15/16; Sam and John are left alone together and bonding ensues, leading to Sam starting to call John Dad.
