I generally count themes and avatars as basically worthless, because I would never buy them in the normal course of events, but it sounds like a good deal if you like playing lots of new games and know that you definitely want at least a couple of the offerings.

I agree about the themes & avatars. I have a nice flower theme, but I don't use it - the default is nice & sparkly. My avatar is a marble from the default selection, so that's fine.

I own most of the games they've announced as part of this already, and yet... it still tempts me. The autodownloads would be useful, and at some point they'll have to start including stuff I don't already have, right?:)
