I couldn't make it through the interview. Any time I see Dan, I get this weird, creeped-out feeling and the urge to laugh hysterically at him. As soon as he popped up on screen, I lost it and had to cut the video off.

First off, your Author's Note was hilarious, and I want to warn you that mine are probably going to end up about the same. You already know that I am starting to come around to the Mat/Dan pairing, so I was eager to read this and see just what I had been missing out on. Oh, and your Mat killed me. He always does. Despite this being mostly dialogue, I could totally picture his facial expressions, which made him that much funnier. XD I'd be more than happy to quote my favorite lines, but that would involve quoting most of your story, and I don't think LiveJournal allows comments that are that big.

On the flip side, though, and I think this is simply because I'm so used to your angsty fics and captivating descriptions that a mostly-dialogue fic bordering on crack threw me off, but I feel like this could have been better. I mean, I couldn't write crack or dialogue-only if my life depended on it, so you've already got me beat in both departments, but I still think it just wasn't as good as some of your other stuff. :\

Yeah, I definitely wasn't at my best when I wrote this - I'd been itching to write something for weeks but nothing would come out, so I just made myself sit down to write anything, and wrote this... it half felt like more of an outline for a deeper, angsty fic or something, but then it was too crack to really transform it that way, and I guess that it ended up halfway nowhere. Still, I thought it had enough entertainment value to post it, and I'm glad you agree with me on that one. :P

However, I wonder if you noticed where this fic actually touched something deeper and significant? unifiedxdivide did, but then she knows my way of thinking, not to mention all Mat/Dan I write will forever be based on our couples, so...
