It's stupid. Once you're in the habit of having trouble falling asleep, it's hard to get out of it. I've just forgotten what it's like to lie down and fall asleep right away. My mind is too busy, no matter what I try. So now I'm tired

We watched 'Cave of the yellow dog', it was cute but very boring. Nothing happened. *lol* Perfect for my tired mood though.
