The Rocky Horror bit brought back memories of my first excursion to see it (I was taken by far more experienced friends - who took me drinking first, to loosen me up, I guess) on a Halloween night in Philadelphia. Good times, good times.

I liked the idea of all of JC's flamboyant clothes spread out across his lawn, but that Adam seemed a little bit mean to me, like he was maybe leading JC on and then enjoying smacking him down and embarrassing him? Or perhaps I should just stop being so reflexively protective of JC.)

And Rufus is too totally fabulous! I saw him live in concert and OMG he is amazing. I also got to see him do his Judy Garland hommage, complete with heels, dark stockings, and the "Get Happy" dance. He's awesome. (And yes, at the very least he plays piano and guitar.)

I saw a clip of Adam performing something (it wasn't on AI) and he was dressed up just like something out of Velvet Goldmine. I can totally see him holding viewing parties.

It was probably the Zodiac Show stuff (the Velvet Goldmine-looking thing you saw). There are so many awesome clips of him performing in insane costumes from the Zodiac Show!

Sometimes, JC needs someone to be a little mean to him. Usually I reserve that role for Chris. (By the way, he's dating a PORN STAR now. Or at least hanging out with one intimately, ahem. And no, this isn't the same porn star he dated before, but a new one.)

I just reread what I posted, and I was confuzzled in what I wrote...sorry. The Adam that I thought was mean to JC was the Adam that JC met shopping for jeans, and was then invited in to see JC's gigantic closet of fashion extravagence.

There are times that Chris seems the most down-to-earth and sensible out of all of them, and then...

The idea that someday they could possibly be in the same room is like WORLD COLLIDE to me. Like George in that episode of Seinfield.

It would be a beautiful collision involving rainbows, puppies, lush purple velvet, sparkles, good hair, and many, many naked gorgeous people.

IF JC IS INDEED GROWING OUT HIS HAIR. Then, and only then, will this collision be acceptable!
