I loved Paula SO MUCH in that era.

I had that album on tape and I played it constantly. Like maybe more than my NKOTB tapes! And I bought it on CD when I was in college, but I lost it somewhere, very sad :(

I know right. The best thing about this is that I think Michael Cera plays Nick in the movie. And Adam is like... the farthest thing from Michael Cera you can get. It's like the difference between JC and Eminem.

I am playing racquetball tomorrow, and then having a little Richard Kelley movie-watching fest: Donnie Darko, followed by Southland Tales. I'm trying to erase S. Darko from my brain. It is not the true sequel that Southland Tales is!

Hah! I had just been Googling to try to find out if Adam is going to be at the Tony Awards this weekend (I can't remember where I heard that rumor) and then looking for pictures of him in his "Kiss" outfit, came back here and refreshed my friends' page, and here this was!

So, maybe a little gay. It's a sliding scale, or so his ex-girlfriend said. Right before she left him for another woman.

This is part of the whole "Adam turns everyone in the room gay" theory, right?

Y'all are greedy hussies :P I am planning a big Adam/Kris fic for stori_telling so there will be more along this same vein eventually. I'm still trying to learn how I want to write them as characters! It's so weird writing new people. And scary. I'm remembering what it was like the first time I wrote popslash. EEP.

It's the Peter Sarsgaard Idiom, and yes, Adam totally has that power! The gayifying power. When scary conservatives go on about the Gay Agenda and how the gays want to recruit your children, what they really mean is that Adam Lambert will turn you gay with his alien unicorn superpowers!

I like to cheat and use cities I've lived in, and Austin is pretty much the coolest city out there so... I use it a lot. So much more fun than LA!
