I agree with a majority of your list and I do think that Grace Park is the hottest cylon. The only thing is in some pictures she's sooo flippin thin it freaks me out. Otherwise she's absolutely gorgeous.
Also Secretary FTW!! The only time I've ever found James Spader attractive and not uber creepy and Maggie was just amazing. Also Maggie was way better than Katie as Rachel Dawes in Batman.

This makes me want to make my own list lol

I think Grace Park is photoshopped to look that thin, because she doesn't look that thin on BSG. And I doubt she's actually that tall, either. I think they are doing something weird to her legs to stretch them out.
