I think my favorite part is the fact that no matter HOW many times I run into him in Silent Hill 2, he still scares the life out of me. I can run down the hallway in the hospital a hundred times over but I'll still be afraid of doing something like dropping the controller and having him catch up and kill me.
IDK. IDK. D: He's just so iconic. How could designers come up with something so perfectly scary? I think that's why I like him. He's synonymous with fear. Oh, and I also like him being OOC. Over here we often act out what it would be like to have PH as a roommate, like, how annoying would it be to have him stomp around and drag his knife around your nice clean floors? And he's like, "Oh, sorry man. Here, maybe I can put a towel under it or something so it won't scuff the floors..."
I'm fascinated by his helmet. I'm sure there's some psychological reason why the sharp angles/pointy-ness is so intriguing, but I'm not a psychologist. XD Everything about it screams torment. Mmmmmm, torment.

Yeah, it's so awesome how he remains scary no matter how much you play the game. Fear for him is eternal. :D
