Here's how I transliterate that:

誠がどれだけ素晴らしい素質をもっているか
Makoto ga dore dake subarashii soshitsu wo motte iru ka

貴様なんかに見抜けないだろうがな
Kisama nanka ni minukenai darou ga na

Translation left as an exercise for the reader... :)

Well, partly it's because I can't really tell what's going on. Japanese is awfully context-dependent. For instance, I can't tell whether 'Makoto' in the first sentence is a name, or the word...
