Thin crust. Topping from edge to edge (no big roll of dough at the rim). Cut in square pieces, about 2" square (a few smaller triangular pieces around the periphery, of course). Cheese, Italian sausage, black olives, onions, mushrooms, ham,. No Pepperoni, no dead fish.

Agree on the crust. Whenever I'm taking part in a pizza order, I specify I want some thin crust. And they always say I'm the only one who cares about thin crust, but if they order a thin crust pizza for me, it's the first one everybody eats. I'm lucky if I get a second piece of it before there's nothing left but Bread Lover's specials.

And the next time I take part in a pizza order with the same people, the same thing happens.
